Audit and financial reporting organisation in Belgium
The problem this seat exists to solve
The director will strengthen oversight of liquidity, working capital and treasury exposure in a multinational enterprise. The seat requires connecting reported earnings to cash availability and understanding how local operating decisions affect enterprise resilience. It is a non-executive appointment with collective responsibility, not a treasury-management mandate.
What candidates should bring
Applicants should demonstrate senior finance responsibility involving cash planning, funding and multi-country operations. They need strong financial literacy and the ability to challenge forecasts without assuming that all cash balances are equally accessible. Applications should discuss a situation where apparent liquidity was less available or less durable than headline reporting suggested.
Test the cash story
Examine the relationship between earnings, receivables, payables, inventory where relevant and capital commitments. Ask whether improvements are sustainable or arise from one-time actions that may reverse. Review the reliability of cash forecasts and the explanation of recurring variance.
Assess concentration in banks, funding sources and major cash flows, using qualified treasury advice where needed. Consider restrictions on movement, operational requirements and the consequences of stress. Challenge assumptions that refinancing or intercompany support will remain available under adverse conditions.
Board decisions to support
Contribute to risk appetite, funding strategy and significant treasury policy decisions. Review the governance of delegated limits, instruments and counterparties. Ensure that management presents options early enough for the board to act without unnecessary pressure. The director should help distinguish a manageable timing issue from a structural weakness in cash generation.
Daily dealing, collections and payment decisions remain with authorised management. The director will not negotiate facilities or instruct treasury personnel. Any committee role and appointment conditions must be assessed against the actual entity's governance arrangements, with financial and commercial interests disclosed.
Useful oversight
The board should understand how long the business can sustain its commitments under plausible stress and which decisions would change that position. Success is reflected in clearer forecasting, transparent assumptions and timely action on deteriorating cash quality. The director's contribution should improve resilience without encouraging excessive cash retention or risk avoidance that undermines sound investment and ordinary commercial relationships.

Belgium·Business Services & Diversified
Organisational recovery organisation in Belgium
The director will take executive responsibility for an operating integration requiring renewed direction. The mandate concerns unresolved interfaces, duplicated responsibilities and benefits that have not become normal business performance. It requires reassessing the remaining work and implementing a credible plan rather than simply reviving the original programme schedule.
Interim Technology Supplier Delivery Director
Belgium·Technology & Digital Platforms
Secure software delivery organisation in Belgium
The role carries executive responsibility for the agreed delivery plan and coordination of internal and supplier work. Contract amendments, settlement decisions and material expenditure remain with authorised officers. The engagement should conclude with accepted capability, clear support responsibilities and a documented position on outstanding work or claims. Handover must make any remaining supplier dependence visible. Success is a service the organisation can operate and govern, rather than a collection of completed supplier milestones that leaves the most important integration work unresolved.
Interim Technology Modernisation Programme Director
Belgium·Technology & Digital Platforms
Secure software delivery organisation in Belgium
Candidates should have led substantial technology-enabled change in a controlled or public-interest service environment. They need strong programme leadership, technical fluency and evidence of managing stakeholders with different objectives. Seniority should be demonstrated through the complexity of decisions handled and outcomes delivered, not simply through a prior title.
