The loan figure did not describe the renovation budget
This proposed workshop would begin with a fictional ₹11.6 lakh renovation budget, an ₹8 lakh loan and the ₹3.6 lakh the household still needed to fund. Participants would examine how a correct lending amount became a broader interpretation of project completeness in a research rehearsal. The session would retain the initial forty participants, the fourteen mistaken interpretations and the limitations of a later test with a different group.
The discussion would ask what the product needs to explain before a household decides to proceed, which parts require assistance and who owns the underlying figures. It would not offer affordability advice or treat user comprehension as a substitute for credit assessment. The ₹31 lakh change cost and six-week delay would remain part of the account. This is a proposed format, not an evidenced appearance. All cases are invented. An organiser could use the example to discuss the difference between a company's correctly stated amount and a customer's understanding of the work it covers, without sharing actual borrower records.
