The remit

Build the board skills matrix the Code requires the issuer to disclose
Sequence INED succession across the transition window rather than at a single AGM
Advise the newly mandatory nomination committee on its process and charter
Prepare the disclosure narrative that will accompany the matrix

Governance advisory experience with HKEX-listed issuers
Understanding of the 2025 Corporate Governance Code amendments
Ability to advise a controlling-shareholder board candidly
