Advantage / Copper / The Frame

A clear frame for the decisions that define your leadership

Copper / The Frame presents Reza Wiraatmaja through a composed portrait, four named practices and an evidence register. The fictional Singapore-based CEO leads a Southeast Asian rooftop-solar business, where an investment must account for the building and operating relationships beneath it. His story gives the design a practical subject: which conditions need to be resolved before the company commits, and which obligations continue afterwards. The visual order makes those questions easy to enter without pretending that a clean composition makes the underlying decisions simple.

The portrait and the practice share the opening

A broad title area pairs the leader’s name with a concise proposition. Below it, the portrait sits inside a layered rectangular frame, with the numbered practice list alongside. This gives the visitor both a person and a set of subjects before the longer narrative begins. Reza’s four practices concern readiness, demand, operating evidence and asset-life responsibilities. A member should choose equally distinct capabilities from their own experience, rather than fill the list with four versions of the same leadership claim. On mobile the portrait and practice list stack in reading order.

Copper adds warmth to an ordered composition

The palette uses a pale warm background, deeper beige surfaces, dark brown text and a copper accent. Archivo gives the name and headings a firm contemporary presence; Jost supports the smaller text and navigation. Thin rules and layered framing create definition without a dark hero panel. Reza’s portrait is treated as a professional identity rather than a full-screen backdrop. Before adopting the design, review your own image within the mat and check the length of the opening proposition. The frame should support the person’s authority without crowding the surrounding evidence.

Three measures describe different parts of the business

The opening figures show 148 MWp of owned capacity, US$31 million of annual company revenue and 280 colleagues, each with its own period and context. The capacity figure refers to equipment across 315 roofs; it is not an energy-production result. Revenue includes electricity, installation and service income. These distinctions are useful preparation for a leadership website because a visually strong number can mislead when its economic meaning is unclear. Replace the demonstration figures with measures you can substantiate, and retain the labels even when a shorter card would look tidier.

An evidence register invites a closer reading

The homepage lists three linked decisions in a compact table before the fuller authored account. The cases examine fourteen ready roofs from a twenty-two-roof proposal, a monitoring review that separates lost communication from equipment issues, and a factory package reduced from 24 to 16 MWp. The separate Impact page explains the alternatives, expenditure and limits of each result. It retains the unresolved monitoring alerts and the factory package’s first-year output shortfall. That makes the register an invitation to examine judgement, rather than a set of decorative achievement headings.

Career turns the frame into numbered appointment panels

The native Career page uses bordered panels with an appointment number at the edge and the dated role, employer, company facts and narrative inside. Reza’s five appointments move from supervised engineering through planning and commercial responsibility to project direction and company leadership. Company revenue, contract scope and capital responsibility remain separate. The mobile version brings the number above the content so that the facts have room to read. When preparing your record, include the reason for each move and explain how authority changed. The panels should reveal progression without inflating the earliest roles.

Board Readiness connects contribution with capacity

A two-column foundation section places Reza’s board contribution and exposure beside committee interests and practical capacity. Judgement examples and the first-year approach follow. His executive directorship is distinguished from earlier invited presentations, and eighteen days of proposed outside availability remain conditional on consent and the actual demands of a role. The story suits a board discussion about investment assumptions and continuing obligations, while making clear that technical sign-off remains with qualified specialists. For your version, describe the contribution you can make and the relationships that could limit it, using the relevant appointment review for your jurisdiction.

Questions about this design

Is Copper Frame intended only for energy executives?
No. The demonstration gives it a solar-ownership story, but its framed portrait, practice list and numbered career panels can carry another leadership record. It is particularly useful when a visitor needs to understand how several capabilities connect. Choose the role and industry lens to examine a different story within the same composition.
What should I prepare for the evidence register?
Supply three substantial decisions with context, alternatives, your responsibility, expenditure or trade-offs, and a result that can be described honestly. The register uses concise titles; the Impact page carries the reasoning. Reza’s example keeps unresolved work and a forecast shortfall visible rather than turning every case into an unqualified success.
Does Advantage need articles to make this design complete?
This version contains seven complete destinations: Overview, Profile, Expertise, Impact, Career, Board Readiness and Contact. Its depth comes from the professional record and supporting decisions. An article archive is not required to explain Reza’s contribution, and adding one should not replace the work of preparing those core pages.
How do I adapt the financial and technical figures?
Use the units and boundaries that match your own remit. Reza distinguishes capacity, annual revenue and people, and the cases separate forecasts from observed output. Another executive may need operating expenditure, service scope or a different asset measure. The page-specific adaptation notes help identify the evidence to gather before publication.
