Terms

Engagement: Nine to twelve months, full time, based in Singapore.
Compensation: SGD 45,000 – 60,000 a month plus completion bonus.
Cross-border: An executive interim role requires an Employment Pass. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

An interim seat needs work authorisation. A board seat in Singapore usually does not.

This is the single most common way a cross-border interim engagement falls apart after it has been agreed. The visa-free position that applies to a non-executive director attending board meetings does not extend to an executive or operating role.
