An invitation
Start with the conclusion the evidence is being asked to support
I would like an introduction to identify the technical claim or investment decision that makes my experience relevant. A board enquiry can describe the enterprise, the proposed contribution and the chair's expectations without sending proprietary datasets or private papers. I would assess relationships, employer consent and the demands of preparation before treating the conversation as a commitment. For a discussion or workshop, outline the audience's question about interpretation, measurement or product evidence. The fictional cases offer material without access to source code, unpublished benchmarks or licence agreements. Please keep those records out of an initial exchange. This demonstration is not a survey certificate, a legal opinion or an endorsement of a live analytical result. A real engagement would need verified professional details and an authorised channel. The useful starting point is to understand the decision, who owns its different parts and whether a focused contribution from my experience would help the people responsible assess it.
