I am Irfan Qevzami, fictional CTO of Tavqemi Spatial Systems in Bhubaneswar. I lead 130 engineers through five heads within ₹39 crore FY 2026–27 engineering expense and a separate ₹6.4 crore approved laboratory-capital programme. The company has 460 employees and 29 enterprise clients, with ₹172 crore FY 2026 revenue. A separate CIO owns internal enterprise IT, while scientific interpretation, data rights and customer uses retain their respective professional owners.
I grew up in Aligarh, studied mathematics and computer science and began geospatial development in 1998. Algorithm leadership led to architecture, engineering management and the CTO appointment in 2022. My cases examine an interface that lost coordinate context, cached tiles with an older source revision, missing observations treated as zero, a component benchmark enlarged into a product claim and a package narrowed after distribution review. They retain the costs, deferred work and limits of each result.
My experience includes explaining engineering choices to directors, without serving as one myself. Fictional IICA registration began in April 2026 and the assessment was passed in August 2026 without an exemption. Twenty-four external days is provisional, with employer consent, relationships and company-specific preparation still to be assessed. The proposed sessions are invented formats rather than past engagements. A real profile would require verified evidence and permissions before representing an actual professional or their work.
