• Exercise festival surge, metro disruption, network communications loss and battery-cohort hold while measuring successful issue, legitimate return and customer resolution.
• Recruit and coach the permanent executive, transferring district designs, merchant disputes, hardware defects, safety cohorts, repair economics and expansion constraints.

Candidate qualifications

• Has held executive command of shared devices, portable charging, rental hardware or another dense merchant-hosted asset network.
• Can evidence recovery where installed locations and registered assets materially overstated safe, customer-usable circulation capacity.
• Understands lithium power banks, cabinet slots, charging and battery-safety interfaces, field service, merchant access, customer billing, repair and asset balancing.
• Has restored customer outcomes while preserving qualified battery, electrical, firmware, fraud and legal authority.
• Can distinguish device registered, charged and released unit, successful issue, acknowledged return, customer-resolved cycle and authorised retirement.
• Has transferred city-scale circulation operations after communications loss, demand surge and battery-quarantine exercises.
