One question first. Where do you work?

Gladwin runs a board and C-suite exchange in India and another across fifteen international markets. Your answer opens one of them — you are never asked to choose between two things you have not seen.

This one answer decides everything that follows. Which exchange holds your account and your data, which mandates you are matched to, which membership you are offered and in which currency it is priced. It is not a preference we can toggle afterwards: the two exchanges are separate systems, and moving between them means a new application.

What happens

You answer once. Name, email, where you work, and — outside India — your seat and your CV.
A six-digit code proves your inbox. Typed on this page. No link to find, no second sign-in.
Your account opens. On the India Board Terminal, immediately. On the Global Board Exchange, immediately if your CV supports the seat you named, otherwise a reviewer reads it within a day.

Nothing is charged to join. Membership is priced after you are admitted — in rupees on the Terminal, in US dollars on the Exchange — and you see the exact figure before any payment method is requested.

No recruiters or agencies hold accounts on either side, in-house talent acquisition included. It is the only reason a sitting CXO can be here at all.
