French-Arabic AI Operations Scale Leader
Urgent / Replacement
French-Arabic AI Operations Scale Leader mandate in Casablanca, Morocco · Enterprise Service Automation
After a regional client invoked remediation over inconsistent agent behaviour, a service-technology group needs a twelve-month executive to stabilise French-Arabic AI operations and complete permanent succession.
The mandate
The regional AI operations head left by mutual agreement after a financial-services client invoked a remediation clause over inconsistent French and Arabic agent answers across five markets. Local teams had promoted prompt, knowledge and routing changes on different calendars, while human quality checks sampled language fluency without tracing customer resolution or contractual service boundaries.
The interim must begin in Casablanca within three weeks and lead for twelve months. A permanent regional search opens after three client programmes complete the same governed release cycle, expected near month seven, with six weeks reserved for the successor to observe a customer review and chair the final cross-market operations council.
Handover requires every live programme to trace model, prompt, knowledge, tool and language-review versions; three priority clients to remain inside signed quality, escalation and unit-economics corridors for two cycles; two regional continuity drills to pass; and the permanent appointee to accept the client exception, supplier and talent registers. Language fluency scores alone cannot close the work.
The interim may stop client releases, set common operating controls, redirect engineering and language capacity, change temporary suppliers and move up to MAD 180 million within the approved recovery. Contract renegotiation, permanent executive hiring, country entry, workforce closure and spend above MAD 50 million per decision require council approval; the seat cannot change regulated customer policy or approve individual outcomes.
Core client systems, general outsourcing sales, country legal entities and non-AI workforce transformation are explicitly out of scope. The mandate owns multilingual AI operations, release and incident control, human-quality interfaces, platform economics and client evidence across the named programmes.
Why this seat is open
The remediation exposed a regional model in which language teams could change behaviour without one accountable operational release. The executive separation left customer trust, platform control and workforce design split among leaders measured on different outcomes. Temporary authority is needed to restore a repeatable service before permanent leadership resumes scale.
What you will own
- Reconstruct inconsistent outcomes across customer policy, retrieved source, prompt, model, language variant, tool action, reviewer and eventual resolution.
- Define programme release envelopes for supported intent, language, source authority, action, latency, escalation, quality and maximum unit cost.
- Establish French, Modern Standard Arabic, dialect and code-switch review with fluent adjudication and client-specific policy boundaries.
- Decide model routing, fallback and human-assistance tiers using task risk, evidence quality, service commitment, cost and continuity.
- Install one change calendar and approval record spanning knowledge, prompts, models, tools, languages and customer acceptance.
- Command regional exercises covering provider outage, stale knowledge, language-review loss and unsafe tool behaviour.
- Transfer the programme registry, client evidence, operating economics, talent map and exception decisions through a successor-led council.
Candidate qualifications
- Held executive responsibility for multilingual AI or technology-enabled service operations across African, Middle Eastern or European markets.
- Recovered a client-facing generative or conversational AI service whose language variants had diverged operationally.
- Built fluent French and Arabic quality governance tied to task, escalation and customer outcome rather than surface language alone.
- Managed model routing, knowledge, prompts, tools, human assistance and unit economics as one production operating system.
- Led contractual remediation with regulated or high-consequence clients while preserving evidence and service continuity.
- Handed a recovered regional AI operation to permanent leadership with common releases, metrics and decision rights.
Non-negotiables
- Can begin in Casablanca within three weeks, work on site initially and travel monthly to a named client or regional centre.
- Will accept an exclusive executive commitment and join critical client-incident command throughout the assignment.
- Brings direct French-Arabic production-AI operations; translation delivery or conventional business-process outsourcing alone is insufficient.
- Must disclose current client, outsourcing, model-provider, language-vendor and platform relationships before remediation access.
- 49 words maximum. State your earliest Casablanca start and any obligation incompatible with twelve months of executive authority.
- 49 words maximum. Describe a multilingual AI release that diverged across markets and the control used to reunify it.
- 49 words maximum. Which customer or language-quality signal would make you stop a regionally profitable programme release?
