The mandate

The source record is only the starting inventory. Once wet cup lump, latex and sheet enter a processor, moisture removal, drying, milling, grade downgrades, blending, scrap and rebaling change both kilograms and the evidence each outgoing bale may inherit. Current controls jump from dealer intake to export totals; they neither constrain which inputs feed a processing batch nor propagate a corrected yield through later blends. This architecture begins inside 30 processors after origin eligibility is supplied. It does not quarantine live trade, remap farms, prepare legal filings or replace the traceability platform.

The deliverable is a rubber transformation book containing source-lot intake, dealer aggregation, weight and moisture states, processing batches, yield and loss rules, grade change, blending limits, bale and shipment identity, evidence inheritance, correction propagation and tyre-plant receipt. Six processor archetypes and sixteen traced export lots form the casebook. Land-tenure assessment, certification, legal interpretation, supplier award, laboratory approval and software implementation are excluded.

The five milestones begin with a reconciled processor map, transformation catalogue and six disputed-lot findings after sixteen working days. A second fee gate on day forty-five supplies wet, dry, scrap and rebale states plus yield and evidence-inheritance rules. During month three, eight live lots prove those rules inside processors; month four adds eight different lots and forces one retroactive source correction through existing blends. Final acceptance in month five releases the custody book, six processor playbooks and 180-day adoption backlog.

Acceptance requires Procurement, Sustainability, Quality and processor owners to reproduce eligible source, wet and dry weight, processing batch, conversion loss, blend, bale and shipment for all sixteen lots without allocating the same intake twice. A correction exercise must identify affected bales and tyre-plant stock before use. The council accepts when two independent teams reach the same mass balance within agreed tolerance and authorised specialists confirm regulatory and quality boundaries.

The client will provide source and dealer records, geolocation references, intake weights, moisture and quality tests, process batches, recipes, yields, scrap, bales, warehouses, export documents, shipments and plant receipts. It will nominate processor and functional owners, secure ten observations and provide current authorised requirements. Management retains supplier selection, purchase, quality release, legal filing, product use and technology investment authority.

Why this is external work

Farm-origin and geolocation teams already establish which inputs may enter the chain, while shipment teams control bales after export release. The unowned problem lies between those points: processors change moisture, mass, grade and lot composition, yet their commercial records also determine payment. An independent rubber-processing operator can design reproducible transformation and yield inheritance without exercising live lot authority, recertifying farms or selling a platform.

What you will own

• Reconcile 30 processors across source intake, dealer lot, wet and dry weight, batch, grade, bale and shipment identity.
• Define mass states and allowable evidence inheritance through drying, milling, blending, downgrading, scrap and rework.
• Trace sixteen export lots from eligible input to tyre-plant receipt and expose duplicate or unsupported allocation.
• Design correction rules that find every affected batch, bale, shipment and plant stock after upstream evidence changes.
• Pilot six processor archetypes without treating ledger balance as proof of physical segregation or transformation.
• Separate operating custody from land rights, legal interpretation, certification, laboratory release and supplier award.
• Deliver the accepted transformation book, case library, processor playbooks, training and funded 180-day backlog.

Candidate qualifications

• Designed natural-rubber sourcing or processing custody across smallholders, dealers, factories, exporters and tyre plants.
• Has rejected a reconciled supplier total because moisture, yield, blending or evidence inheritance failed at lot level.
• Understands cup lump, latex, sheet, drying, milling, grading, bales, mass balance and export logistics operationally.
• Can implement authorised due-diligence requirements without offering land, legal, certification or platform services.
• Has traced corrections through processor batches and finished bales under commercial and seasonal pressure.
• Delivered custody rules that factory teams sustained across changing source mixes, grades and processing yields.

Non-negotiables

• Can complete ten intake, processor, export or tyre-plant observations and sixteen live cases within five months.
• Will remain independent of rubber dealers, processors, traders, certifiers, mapping firms and traceability vendors.
• Accepts Procurement, Quality, Legal, Sustainability, supplier and product-use authority boundaries.
• Brings direct rubber transformation evidence; generic agricultural traceability experience alone is insufficient.
