Seventy-five promises, sixty-four machines: examine the operating commitment
Participants examine how a local confirmation can appear complete while competing with another claim on the same physical resource. The fictional case contains sixty-four machines, eleven with two claims and fifty-three with one. The resulting seventy-five order claims support a discussion about assignment, reliance and the authority to confirm a promise. My original approval and the ₹29 lakh correction allocation remain visible. The exercise does not prescribe a software algorithm, infer fraud or invent a customer settlement. Participants practise explaining the contradiction and the next decision to the relevant owners without using actual customer records. The intended learning is to connect a status with the commitment it must support across teams. A workshop cannot certify the reliability of another company's system. An organiser would agree the operating scope and participants beforehand, with confidential stock, order and supplier details replaced by invented material for the session. Participants will identify the handoff on which another team relies.
