I welcome a considered discussion about a first board contribution, a strategy workshop or a speaking session on how service enterprises evaluate growth. A useful introduction would describe the business model, the decision facing the organisation and the role you have in mind. I would also want to understand the expected preparation, meeting and travel commitment before suggesting that it fits alongside my executive duties. I am not offering a ready-made investment conclusion or access to confidential venue and transaction material. My contribution is experience of examining the income, capacity and responsibilities behind an opportunity, including decisions I later had to correct. This is a fictional demonstration, so it does not supply a real email address or imply that Darius is available for appointment.
