Start with the place and the decision it needs

I welcome a first conversation about the infrastructure undertaking you are trying to understand. It would help to know the kind of place or service involved, the decision before the enterprise and which responsibilities are still unclear. A short account of those conditions is more useful initially than a collection of confidential contracts or personal passenger records. Appropriate arrangements should be agreed before any deeper exchange. For a board approach, please describe the contribution sought, expected workload and the reason my terminal-enterprise experience may be relevant. My current executive seat and unfinished preparation remain part of that discussion. A speaking enquiry can identify the audience and the decision they should leave better able to examine. This is a fictional demonstration profile: no real contact details, engagement availability or authority to act for a public body are implied. A completed customer website would use authorised routes and an accurate account of the individual's current position.
