The customer story we selected and the experience we left out
Participants examine a fictional campaign assembled from accurate, permitted customer quotations. The group follows the invitation and participation history, then asks what a collection of favourable accounts can imply when mixed experiences are excluded. The approving marketing leader's role remains part of the exercise, including the cost of correction and the limits of a revised selection.
The proposed output is an editorial decision account that distinguishes illustration from a broader research claim. The discussion does not investigate real customers or require private interview recordings. It uses synthetic material and does not certify a product's technical performance or future customer result. This is an invented session proposal with no asserted delivery history, audience numbers or professional accreditation. An organiser would agree appropriate participants and materials before proceeding. The practical aim is to make selection visible enough that a persuasive story remains useful without acquiring a wider authority than the evidence behind it supports.
