The purchasing assumption hidden inside a familiar size label
This proposed session examines two container configurations presented under the same thirty-litre external designation, despite offering eighteen and twelve litres of usable payload. Participants follow the decision to spend ₹37 lakh rebuilding sales tools around configuration and intended load. We discuss which distinction belongs in the first explanation and which technical questions require a separate assessment. The case does not establish equal thermal performance or declare one option universally better. Its purpose is to help a commercial team identify the inference a buyer may carry into an internal purchasing meeting. Participants compare a concise proposition with its supporting description and consider whether the second conversation deepens understanding or corrects a misleading first impression. The exercise uses invented examples and does not require confidential product records. Attendees leave with practical questions about what a label describes, what the presentation invites the purchaser to conclude and which material difference must survive the effort to make a comparison simple.
