Start with the studio choice your proposition is meant to support
I would begin a discussion with the studio decision your proposition is meant to support. Tell me whether the uncertainty concerns language coverage, the contribution shown in a portfolio, a review boundary or the point in production when a buyer can still commission the work. A short description of that choice is enough for an initial conversation; unreleased game builds, voice assets, client agreements and confidential pipeline reports do not belong in this demonstration. For a prospective board discussion, explain the enterprise stage and the oversight question rather than asking for informal approval of a campaign. For a proposed session, identify the audience and the commercial judgement it needs to examine. My fictional availability here does not establish a real advisory engagement or permission to share another party's material. The next step would need an authorised contact route, agreed scope and clarity about who can accept a change to the service promise before any detailed work begins.
