Discuss the assumptions before the proposition becomes a promise

01

Growth has a duration as well as a rate

Executive case workshop · CEOs, CSOs, CFOs and directors examining funded growth

This proposed workshop would begin with the extension from 45 to 75 funded days and the recommendation I changed after rebuilding the amount outstanding. Participants would follow the explicit ₹60 crore monthly-flow illustration and distinguish the additional funding requirement from annual financing cost. The comparison would retain its uniform-flow assumption, stated 12% rate and limitations rather than present them as current market conditions.

The discussion would examine how a commercial benefit becomes a complete strategic proposition. Who owns the financing assumption? Which costs remain outside the first comparison? What changes when the assumed repayment duration is not achieved? The fictional case would provide a shared example without requiring private portfolio data. This is a proposed format, not a documented appearance or financial advice for a live transaction. The purpose is to help leaders ask for the time dimension early enough to influence the choice, and to recognise when a correction should remove a recommendation from the plan rather than merely add a qualification to the presentation.

02

Count the dependencies behind the customer names

Strategy and risk roundtable · Commercial leaders, risk executives and board members

I would use the twenty-four-buyer programme to examine the difference between legal-entity breadth and economic concentration. The case would retain the nine groups, the largest group's ₹115 crore proposed exposure and the authorised ₹70 crore ceiling. Participants would reconstruct the revised ₹205 crore proposition, including the ₹45 crore of planned volume given up and the continuing need for underlying approvals.

The session would not suggest that every group member has identical risk or that directors should redo individual credit assessments. It would explore how the strategy account should reflect the professional analysis and what happens when the commercial plan keeps a headline whose assumptions have changed. All names, amounts and circumstances are invented for discussion. The roundtable is a suggested speaking format rather than evidence of a past engagement. An organiser could use the example to examine the language of diversification in its own planning conversations without sharing customer identities, confidential group structures or live credit information with the demonstration site.

03

A portfolio total is not a purchase recommendation

Transaction-readiness discussion · Strategy teams, finance leaders and acquisition oversight groups

This proposed session would follow the assessment of 4,800 invoices with ₹96 crore face value. It would separate the non-overlapping dispute and credit-note findings and explain why the ₹86.4 crore remainder was not certified collectible. Participants would examine the request for further evidence, the ₹18 lakh review cost and the decision not to submit an unconditional bid at that stage.

The discussion would ask what a firm recommendation needs to establish before a price adjustment can be meaningful. A useful answer should distinguish unresolved rights, evidence and commercial uncertainty without allowing the process to become endless investigation. Credit, legal and servicing owners retain their professional decisions. The case is fictional, the session has not occurred and no transaction advice is being offered. The intended value is a clearer account of recommendation maturity: what is known, what remains conditional, who must decide and how the company explains the cost of waiting without inventing either a successful purchase or a measured loss avoided.

04

The cheaper facility may support a shorter promise

Board strategy conversation · Directors, chief executives, strategy and treasury leaders

The conversation would compare a rolling thirty-day funding assumption with a twelve-month committed arrangement in a fictional expansion case. At ₹90 crore fully drawn for a year, the stated 10.8% and 10.0% assumptions imply a ₹72 lakh annual difference before the actual effect of fees, utilisation and terms. The numerical example would remain an illustration, not a current price quotation or a recommendation to select a particular facility.

Participants would discuss the horizon the growth plan needs and the conditions attached to each source of funding. Prior renewals can inform expectations without becoming a contractual commitment. A committed arrangement also has conditions and does not remove every liquidity risk. The proposed session would keep treasury, finance, legal and board authority clear while examining the strategic consequence of the comparison. No real speaking appearance is claimed. The purpose is to help a board see the cost and limits of the funding assumption behind expansion before the lower annualised percentage becomes the whole financing story.

Short speaker biography

I am Navreet Tezquri, fictional CSO of a Nashik receivables-backed business lender. I connect growth proposals with funded duration, economic concentration and the responsibility behind income. My thirty-year career began in commercial research in Bathinda. I have no statutory board seat and am preparing for a first outside contribution, with specialist decisions and appointment requirements kept explicit.

Standard speaker biography

I lead strategy at the fictional Qavrethi Receivables Finance in Nashik, reporting to the CEO with twelve colleagues through three managers. My career began in Bathinda commercial research and developed through business planning and portfolio strategy. I examine how much funding a proposition occupies, which economic dependencies sit behind a buyer list and what risk accompanies an attractive fee. The cases include a recommendation I withdrew after finance corrected its missing cash demand. I have presented to directors but hold no statutory seat. Fictional IICA registration began in April 2026 and the assessment remains unfinished. A first outside contribution would require further preparation, relationship review, employer consent and a realistic assessment of the proposed twenty-four-day allowance.

Extended speaker biography

I am Navreet Tezquri, the fictional Chief Strategy Officer of Qavrethi Receivables Finance in Nashik. I lead twelve colleagues through three managers with ₹4.2 crore approved FY 2026–27 function expense. The company has 190 employees, four service centres and ₹840 crore outstanding loans at March 2026. Those figures describe the enterprise; they do not give strategy personal authority to approve its lending.

I grew up in Bathinda and began commercial research after an economics degree in 1996. Management responsibility led to an internal planning role in 2009, portfolio strategy in 2015 and the CSO appointment in 2021. The work taught me to connect a growth claim with the duration, concentration and terms the company would actually carry. My cases retain reduced volume, additional expense and an unfinished transaction assessment. One also preserves my initial support for a recommendation that changed when its funding demand was properly examined.

I have executive presentation experience and no statutory appointment. Fictional IICA databank registration began in April 2026; the proficiency assessment remains unfinished and no exemption is claimed. I am considering a first outside contribution with complementary finance, risk and legal expertise, subject to preparation, relationships and employer consent. All organisations, cases and public references on this demonstration are invented; a real profile would need verified evidence and authorised contact details.

I am interested in a first outside board contribution where growth needs to be examined alongside working-capital demands and concentration. I have no statutory seat. In this fictional career, IICA registration began in April 2026 and the proficiency assessment remains unfinished, with no exemption claimed. Twenty-four days is provisional, subject to consent, relationships and the actual work of the appointment.
