For an initial conversation, please describe the business, its ownership and the strategic choices the board expects to face over the next two years. It would help to know how products or services are maintained after launch and where growth may create a new capability requirement. Please outline the intended appointment category, committee work, meeting calendar and time needed beyond scheduled meetings. I would also need to understand any relationship with Zevrali, its customers, suppliers or investors before confidential information is exchanged. My interest is in a considered oversight contribution, not a promise to bring commercial contacts or approve a technical solution. A useful first discussion should allow both sides to examine fit, capacity and preparation, including the experience the board already has and the questions it still needs someone to help it ask.
