I read every message, but three kinds are the ones I hope for. A nomination committee chair or search partner considering me for a non-executive seat: please tell me the company, the committees, the meeting calendar and any dealings it has had with Torvelle as a client, supplier, competitor or bidding partner, so that I can check for conflicts before we speak. A board or search partner exploring a chief executive role in a services business: I will take that conversation in confidence, though I will not move before my current programme at Torvelle is finished. And operating leaders, safety professionals or directors who want to compare notes on offshore design, privileged access or field fatigue are welcome to write.

I cannot discuss Torvelle's results before they are published, current tenders, client contracts or any security incident beyond what we have disclosed.
