Please describe the service commitment your board wants to understand more clearly and the contribution expected from another director. It would help to know whether the immediate issue concerns acceptance, operating growth, customer concentration or the reliability of management reporting. Include the ownership context, committee remit and expected preparation and meeting calendar. I would need employer consent and a review of relationships with Thervani, its clients and its suppliers before accepting a first external seat. My provisional capacity is twenty-four days a year. An opening discussion should not require original customer documents, confidential drawings or a detailed operational archive. A clear account of the business question is sufficient to establish whether my experience may be relevant. I would welcome a conversation that recognises the distinction between collective oversight and directing the company's daily delivery work.
