A broader perspective.
Relocation promises and client dependencies / Comparable scope in illustrative service prices / Research across workplace decision makers / Evidence boundaries in commercial service stories
I approved a campaign that treated a completed weekend relocation as evidence that the customer could resume all work on Monday. A review of twelve programmes showed the problem: nine clients were ready for their defined work, while three still had technology activation to complete under their own arrangements. Our physical move could be finished without the broader business outcome being established. I withdrew the wider claim and helped make the handover and the remaining responsibilities visible before a customer chose the service.
At Qelzavni Workplace Moves in Durgapur, I lead twenty-four marketing colleagues through three heads within ₹5.6 crore annual function expense. The company has 268 employees and ₹118 crore FY2025–26 revenue across relocation and related storage. I report to CEO Joseph Qelvazri and work with operating head Nisha Vezqalri. We coordinate workplace moves; we do not acquire a customer’s technology, property or employee-management responsibilities through the words used to describe that service. I hold no personal equity or statutory director appointment.
Later work challenged desk-count price illustrations and research that allowed a corporate buying team to speak for the people changing workplaces. Thirty-two enquiries included twelve whose archive volumes or access arrangements required a survey before a meaningful price illustration could be offered. In another programme, thirty-six employee interviews raised journey and working-pattern concerns absent from the six buyer interviews. The response was to change the material supplied, without claiming that a relocation contractor could settle employment choices. My interest is in marketing that makes a service easier to choose because its scope, assumptions and unanswered questions remain legible. For a first outside board, I still need governance preparation and appointment-specific assessment. Twenty-two proposed annual days must be tested against the actual calendar before acceptance.
