1 · Read the filings
We continuously monitor public corporate-governance disclosures across every listed board — the term dates, committee compositions and remuneration on the record.
2 · Detect the expiry signal
An Independent-Director term has a fixed clock. As each approaches its end, the seat it holds becomes a foreseeable opening — long before any advertisement.
3 · Project the 18-month view
Foresight arranges those signals into a forward calendar — the named seats opening in the next eighteen months, by window, committee and fee.
