Sourced, or it does not run

Every factual claim traces to an official disclosure — a SEBI/BSE/NSE/MCA record or a company's own filing. No item publishes without at least one attributed source.

No inferred wrongdoing about a named company

Fraud, mismanagement, failure or non-compliance are only stated about a named company when they are a matter of official public record (an actual order, notice or filing). We never infer misconduct from a pattern.

Criticism is generalised to an archetype

Where the point is a governance risk pattern rather than a filed fact, we anonymise it — 'boards in this position…', not 'Company X is failing'. The lesson lands without naming a target.

Signals are windows, not verdicts

Derived vacancy and term-expiry signals are framed as time windows and probabilities, never as statements that a named company will lose a director or breach a norm.

Opinion is labelled as opinion

Editorial interpretation and the author's view are always rendered under an explicit label and byline, kept separate from the sourced facts above them.
