Tell me which commercial decision needs a closer examination
Please begin with the freight-market decision you want to examine. A useful enquiry identifies the company model, the customer group and the responsibility being considered, whether that concerns an executive role, a board discussion or a defined advisory question. I can contribute to opportunity selection, proposition evidence and the communication between participants in a shipper's buying process. I cannot assess a confidential tender from a short message, and I do not need customer records, carrier terms or unpublished rate information in an introduction. For speaking, describe the audience's experience and the practical choice the session should address. For a prospective appointment, include the reporting or governance context, expected preparation and likely calendar. My current employment and relevant relationships must be considered before a continuing commitment. A focused exchange can establish whether there is a sensible next conversation without assuming that an interest in the subject creates availability for every proposed engagement.
