Start with the service responsibility you want to understand

An introductory message should describe the service business, the leadership or advisory responsibility and the customer promise you want to examine. I am interested in conversations about complex handovers, partner networks, visual proof and the way commercial programmes are reported. Please indicate the location, expected time commitment and who owns the decision. Customer artwork, unpublished permissions, identifiable order histories and confidential contract terms should stay outside an opening enquiry. We would establish the purpose and an appropriate route before considering any material that needs controlled access. For a board opportunity, I would need to understand the company and relationships as well as the proposed contribution. This is a fictional demonstration of a CMO profile, not an actual invitation from the pictured person or evidence of an available appointment. Real commercial, legal and technical decisions remain with the people authorised to make them.
