I welcome a considered approach about a technology or service-resilience board contribution, or a focused discussion with banking operations and technology leaders. Please describe the organisation, ownership, service model and responsibility you have in mind. For an appointment, include the expected calendar, preparation demands and any material relationship with Lanshu or its suppliers. My initial twenty-two-day estimate would need to be tested against that specific commitment and my continuing executive duties. For a proposed session, explain the audience and the decision you want participants to understand. I do not use this personal demonstration site to receive customer-account instructions, supplier tenders, confidential incident records or requests for access to banking systems. Those matters belong with the institution's authorised channels. An opening conversation should establish relevance using public context; it should not depend on exchanging private customer or operational material before the relationship has been assessed.
