The ordinary Tuesday missing from the property brochure
I begin with an eighteen-factsheet review in which a consistent portfolio account concealed differences relevant to an occupier's working day. Participants examine the questions raised by selected facilities and HR conversations, then decide which belong in an introductory document and which require a specialist discussion. The exercise distinguishes an available feature from the arrangement under which it can be used. I explain why eleven sheets changed and seven remained, including the additional maintenance work accepted when the documents became less uniform. The session does not advise on an actual building's access policy or settle contractual terms. Its purpose is to make the communication decision visible while keeping the underlying operating responsibility intact. The closing discussion asks participants to identify one phrase in a fictional proposition that appears to answer more than the supporting facts establish, and to rewrite it so that the next conversation begins with the right question still attached to its owner.
