Practise making the product promise recognisable in use

01

The duration and the pictured task must belong together

Fifty-minute product-promise workshop · Product, commercial and executive teams

This proposed workshop examines an eight-hour runtime headline measured in low mode beside an image of high-mode work. Participants compare the implied task with a defined high-mode result of 3.2 hours and a review in which twelve of thirty jobs needed six hours in that mode. The exercise retains Harmeet's approval responsibility and ₹37 lakh repositioning and field-material repair. It does not invent a battery defect, recall or universal runtime. Participants prepare an explanation that places the relevant condition where the reader forms the promise. The intended learning is to examine the combined account rather than approve each statement in isolation. Engineering retains technical assessment, and all figures describe invented evidence. A closing discussion asks how to communicate a useful product proposition without hiding the condition that determines its suitability for the task. The session represents no actual booking or product certification and provides no instructions for modifying a rechargeable device.

02

Placement is part of the application, not an accessory footnote

Forty-five-minute product-range discussion · Product leaders, designers and application teams

Participants consider forty nonferrous workstations where a magnetic base alone did not describe the placement needed. Twenty-six required an assessed clamp option and fourteen a bench stand. The case retains a ₹1.1 crore programme and two bounded choices, rather than a universal attachment claim. The exercise asks how observations in the working setting should influence the range proposition and the details a customer needs before choosing. Participants explain the difference between identifying an application need and approving an actual attachment. The intended learning is to preserve relevant differences instead of forcing them into one convenient feature story. Qualified technical owners retain suitability assessment, and no user modification or mounting procedure is supplied. All settings and figures are fictional. A concluding exercise develops a concise choice description that remains useful to a buyer while leaving detailed assessment and commercial commitments with their responsible owners. The proposed discussion does not represent an externally delivered event or an independently verified product outcome.

03

The device remembered a mode; the next person needed to understand it

Fifty-minute product-handover case · Product, design and engineering leaders

This illustrative session examines thirty-six prototype handover tasks in which fourteen users misread a retained brightness setting after restart. Participants distinguish specified feature behaviour from the next person's understanding of the state. The case includes a ₹68 lakh physical-indicator programme while retaining engineering, safety and release authority. It claims neither an accident nor proof that all future misunderstandings disappeared. Participants develop questions for a later review that tests the intended task rather than merely confirms that the proposed indicator exists. The intended learning is to include the next user and the sequence of use in the product account. Invented observations support the exercise without providing instructions for electrical or control modifications. A final discussion asks how a leader can fund a justified response while keeping the outcome and remaining assessment honest. The session is proposed, not a record of an actual engagement, and it does not establish suitability for hazardous, medical or emergency-lighting applications.

04

A qualified repair result is stronger when its limits remain visible

Fifty-minute product-service workshop · Product, service and business leaders

Participants examine a pilot receiving forty-eight lamps, of which thirty completed lens-only repair and qualified acceptance while eighteen required further housing or electrical assessment. The case retains ₹56 lakh programme expenditure and separates it from financial or environmental benefits that were not measured. Participants prepare a service account that explains completed work, the unfinished group and the role of qualified assessment. The intended learning is to describe a useful result without turning it into universal repairability, a public repair instruction or an assured lifetime claim. Engineering and service owners retain technical decisions, and no electrical procedure is supplied. All units and figures are fictional. A closing discussion considers what additional evidence a broader service or environmental proposition would require before publication. The workshop represents proposed learning rather than an actual booking, certification or measured commercial return. It helps leaders keep the product promise connected to the stage of work the evidence has actually reached.

Short speaker biography

Harmeet Zerqemvi is a fictional Udaipur-based CPO with twenty-two years in design and product work. His proposed sessions examine the task behind a specification, understood handover state and qualified service scope. He leads twenty-one colleagues at an invented task-lighting manufacturer. The examples preserve an approval error he owned and represent no actual engagements or technical certifications.

Standard speaker biography

Harmeet Zerqemvi is an invented Indian product executive raised in Amritsar and based in Udaipur. His career began in design in 2004 before progressing through product and range leadership. At Nerqavli Inspection Lighting he leads twenty-one colleagues through three heads within ₹7.2 crore annual programme budget. His cases examine runtime promises, placement, handover state, application differences and qualified repair scope. Engineering director Nikhil Tevqami retains technical, safety and release authority. Harmeet has no personal shares or statutory appointment, and fictional IICA registration is not yet complete. Proposed sessions use invented evidence to develop product judgement without claiming actual bookings, universal suitability or measured benefits beyond the cases.

Extended speaker biography

Harmeet Zerqemvi is a fictional Indian chief product officer based in Udaipur. Raised in Amritsar, he completed a design degree in May 2004 and joined Zhevqani Product Works that July. Product management followed before he moved to Nerqavli Inspection Lighting in September 2015. He became head of product in April 2020 and CPO in January 2023. The invented manufacturer employs 390 people, with headquarters in Udaipur and assembly in Kota. Harmeet leads twenty-one product colleagues through three heads with ₹7.2 crore annual programme budget under CEO Asha Vezhqumi. Engineering director Nikhil Tevqami retains technical, safety and release authority. His twenty-two-year career is illustrated through a runtime promise he approved incorrectly, application-led placement choices, prototype handover observations, distinct inspection needs and a qualified service pilot. The products concern ordinary non-hazardous industrial workspaces, with no claim of explosion-proof, medical or emergency-lighting suitability. He holds no personal shares or statutory seat. Fictional IICA preparation has not reached registration. Proposed workshops use invented evidence and represent no actual public engagements. A real commissioned profile would require verified cases, publication permissions and accurate attribution of technical and commercial responsibility before any customer or product material appeared in public.

A first outside board contribution where product judgement can complement financial, operating and technical perspectives. My present responsibility is executive product leadership, with neither a statutory appointment nor a personal shareholding. Fictional IICA preparation has not yet reached registration, and twenty-one provisional days depend on employer consent, relationship review and the actual demands of an appointment.
