I would welcome a first conversation about a logistics mandate where the operating account no longer explains the work a customer programme requires. A useful introduction would describe the warehouse estate, goods, contract model and decisions creating difficulty, without sending private stock records or commercial terms through a public channel. I would want to understand the existing authorities before suggesting a different arrangement. A first non-executive discussion could also be relevant where experience of contracted services complements the board’s other expertise, subject to preparation, employer agreement, conflicts and the actual calendar. This profile represents an invented leader and offers no real logistics service or professional enquiry channel. An actual website should use an authorised contact route and state the conversations the leader can responsibly consider. Its invitation should be consistent with the current appointment and verified experience, making the reason to approach the person clear without promising an operating result before the circumstances are understood.
