Put the customer's working week beside the annual energy figure
I examine why an annual generation illustration can become less useful when it is separated from the customer's ordinary operating pattern. The session follows a programme that replaced one memorable saving percentage with three hypothetical daily-use patterns. Participants consider what twenty-four selected finance and facilities conversations could establish, and why seven people still needing an explanation was a useful finding rather than an awkward detail to omit. The discussion keeps electricity generated, electricity used on site and financial value distinct. I explain how marketing can prepare a better specialist conversation without making a technical assessment itself. Participants work through a fictional business calendar and identify the questions that should be resolved before a proposition is tailored. The session does not calculate a site's yield or recommend a commercial contract. It gives leaders a way to examine the order in which they explain a complex offer and the inference a customer may make between two individually accurate statements.
