An invitation
A relevant question is the best introduction
I welcome a concise introduction from a chair considering an external director, an organiser planning a substantive insurance discussion or an editor developing a question about mutual ownership and claims. Please describe the organisation, the decision or audience involved, the expected time commitment and any connection with my current business. I will consider the relevance and potential conflicts before agreeing to a conversation. I am not accepting an immediate executive search mandate or individual claims appeals through this channel. A policyholder should use the insurer's established service and complaint routes so that their case reaches the team authorised to handle it. Please do not send policy documents, medical records, customer files or other confidential material with an initial enquiry. For a speaking invitation, include the format, likely participants and the question the session is intended to help them examine.
