An invitation
Begin with the obligation your organisation is preparing to accept
I would welcome a brief account of the institutional commitment you want a board or executive group to examine. It might concern expansion supported by shared specialists, authority that remains dependent on one person, or a service promise whose practical boundaries are unclear. Please begin with the decision and its context rather than sending policyholder records, confidential underwriting material or a proposed contract. For a possible board role, explain the enterprise, the contribution sought and the demands beyond scheduled meetings. For a session, describe the audience and the judgement it needs to practise. This fictional demonstration has no monitored personal contact channel. A commissioned profile would confirm the recipient and purpose before sensitive material was exchanged. An introductory conversation would not determine insurance coverage, provide a technical opinion or establish acceptance of an appointment.
