I welcome a conversation that begins with the production promise technology is being asked to support. Describe whether the uncertainty concerns a digital scene, a camera arrangement, the physical set or the capacity needed to deliver a chosen method. A short account of the decision and its owner is more useful than a package of raw assets. Do not send unreleased footage, scene files, supplier configurations or confidential production documents through this demonstration. For a governance discussion, identify the enterprise stage and the oversight question rather than requesting an informal technical approval. A proposed speaking discussion should state the audience and the judgement it needs to examine.
