Esther QevsamiLeadership review 2026

Speaking & conversations · 2026

Bring the decision between the teams into the room

01

Which approved script entered the studio?

Production-handoff workshop · COOs, creative-service leaders, account teams and production managers

This proposed workshop would follow a recording batch whose performances were good but whose source version was partly wrong. Participants would examine why 940 of 1,360 takes remained useful while 420 needed replacement, and how the COO's earlier permission to proceed belonged in the correction. The discussion would distinguish creative approval from the operating decision to begin work against a particular source.

The intended learning is a more precise handoff between the person authorised to change material and the people asked to produce it. The session would consider selective pauses, preserved useful work and the cost of booked capacity without pretending every revision can be eliminated. All examples are fictional and no appearance is claimed. Participants would use invented material rather than confidential scripts or performer records. The workshop would not certify a production process; it would help an audience ask which decision its next action implements, and whether a reassuring approval status actually applies to the version being used.

02

Words, display time and the acceptance decision

Localisation delivery roundtable · Language leaders, testing teams, client producers and operations executives

I would use the fictional subtitle correction to examine the work between a completed translation and an accepted experience. Participants would follow the 560 reviewed items into 320 timing changes and 240 rewrites, considering why those interventions required different judgements. The project's 17-character-per-second trigger would remain an illustrative agreed criterion, not a universal accessibility or language standard.

The discussion would explore how context reaches the brief and how the report preserves the scope of acceptance. It would not claim that a technical pass establishes comprehension for every player or replaces appropriate audience research. This is a proposed format with no real event history. The session would make room for an objection: early context can be incomplete while the product evolves. The practical question is how to state the provisional basis and commercial consequence clearly enough that specialists can proceed without a later team inheriting decisions the account has already described as settled.

03

The portfolio behind the project percentage

Executive reporting working session · Directors, COOs, CFOs and programme leaders

The proposed session would examine a report in which nine of twelve projects were accepted while the three pending assignments held the larger share of contract value. Participants would compare the count, associated values and invoicing conditions without collapsing them into a single unsupported measure of completion. The example would retain the distinction between accepted scope, production effort and accounting interpretation.

The purpose is to make a concise management account more useful for the next decision. It would consider how a measure can influence attention and incentives while acknowledging that this fictional case does not prove any particular behaviour occurred. No actual workshop or board engagement is represented. The material would use invented amounts and conditions, not private client accounts. Participants should leave able to ask what a percentage describes, what it omits and which professional owner needs to interpret the consequence, rather than assume a financially weighted ratio is automatically more truthful than a simple count.

04

Possessing an asset does not settle its next use

Creative-service governance conversation · Service executives, commercial teams, production leaders and directors

This suggested conversation would follow a proposed model-training extension involving voice material whose existing agreements did not include that use. Participants would examine how a permissions question moves into the commercial offer and the instructions followed by operating teams. The ₹2.8 crore opportunity would remain unexecuted in the account, with ₹24 lakh of review and control work retained as a cost.

The session would not provide a legal opinion about a live agreement or claim that all artificial-intelligence uses are unlawful. Qualified rights, client and contractual owners remain essential to the actual decision. The example is fictional and the format proposed, with no past appearance implied. Its contribution would be to help leaders identify the intended use early enough that the enterprise can shape a responsible offer, rather than let technical access to a file become an assumption of authority before the professional assessment has reached the people who will handle it.

Short speaker biography

I am Esther Qevsami, fictional COO of Tazquni Interactive Services in Chennai. I connect language, audio and testing work with the conditions of client acceptance. My twenty-seven-year career began in transcription in Shillong. I have no statutory seat and am preparing for a possible first outside contribution, with proficiency assessment, relationships and capacity still requiring attention.

Standard speaker biography

I lead 180 operations colleagues through five heads at the fictional Tazquni Interactive Services in Chennai. We supply game localisation, voice production and linguistic testing to developers. My career began in transcription and recording coordination before moving into interactive-service delivery. I examine the handoffs between approved sources, performed material and the experience the client intends to release. The cases include a recording correction caused partly by my own decision to proceed. My operating accountability runs to the chief executive; I have not served as a statutory director. Fictional IICA registration began in July 2026, with the assessment unfinished and no exemption claimed. Any outside contribution requires a specific purpose, relationship assessment, employer consent and realistic time.

Extended speaker biography

I am Esther Qevsami, fictional COO of Tazquni Interactive Services in Chennai. I lead 180 operations colleagues through five heads within ₹54 crore delegated FY 2026–27 operating expense. The company supplies game localisation, voice production and linguistic testing, with 220 employees, ₹96 crore FY 2026 revenue and ₹11 crore operating profit. I report to the CEO; client publishing decisions, professional rights assessment and engineering authority remain with their respective owners.

I grew up in Shillong and began transcription work after an English degree in 1999. Recording coordination taught me how a source decision reaches the people asked to perform it. Delivery management in Chennai added the timing, space and sequence of interactive products. I became head of localisation delivery in 2017 and COO in 2022. The cases preserve a source-version correction, subtitle retiming and rewriting, an unexecuted voice-use extension, a changed portfolio report and two delayed market launches.

I have executive presentation experience but no statutory seat. Fictional IICA registration began in July 2026; the proficiency assessment remains unfinished and no exemption is claimed. A first outside contribution would require company-specific learning, relationship review, employer consent and capacity beyond the appeal of a title. The proposed sessions use invented material, not a record of real engagements. A commissioned profile would need verified experience and permissions before representing an actual leader.

Contact

I would explore a first outside contribution where a board needs experience of creative-service delivery and its commercial boundaries. I have no statutory appointment. Fictional IICA registration began in July 2026; the proficiency assessment remains unfinished and no exemption is claimed. Twenty-two days is a provisional allowance requiring employer consent and a realistic review of the proposed responsibility.
