An invitation

Start with the enterprise and the contribution it needs

A useful introduction tells me what the factory is being asked to promise and why that decision is difficult now. You might be comparing an outside process with retained work, preparing for new ownership or trying to reconcile a commercial opportunity with production capacity. I can then consider whether my experience offers a relevant perspective. For an outside-director discussion, I would first need to understand the board's composition, the industrial relationships involved and the demands beyond scheduled meetings. My executive appointment remains the starting constraint on availability, and consent and conflict assessment would come before accepting responsibilities. An organiser proposing a discussion can describe the participants and the case question without sending proprietary drawings, customer terms or transaction papers. This demonstration has no real contact channel; a commissioned profile would add the leader's verified details. Technical approvals and formal appointment decisions remain with their authorised owners.
