What the reader can infer when the report contains no names
Participants examine the difference between removing direct identifiers and supporting a promise about the report as a whole. The fictional survey case has no names, but store, role and tenure filters create fourteen one-person cells before manager release. The exercise asks what a recipient could infer, who should assess the assurance and what a held release actually establishes. It retains my premature endorsement and the ₹24 lakh correction allocation without claiming a published identity, legal finding or universally safe replacement. Qualified privacy review remains outside the workshop's substitute authority. Participants practise describing the concern and the next decision in language a manager can understand, using invented material rather than employee records. The intended learning is a better question about context and reliance, not a technique that certifies anonymity. An organiser would agree the audience and scope before the session and keep protected responses and identifying details out of shared materials.
