What does the company need its product evidence to explain

A useful first note would describe the company's service, ownership and the decisions its board expects to make about products or technology. Please include the proposed appointment category, committee responsibilities and likely annual calendar. I would like to understand where software coordinates work performed by staff or customers, but confidential research or customer records are not needed at this stage. We should first examine possible Oshveri relationships, employer consent and whether my provisional time allowance fits the role. My interest is in oversight that benefits from careful questions about product promises and user evidence. It is not an offer to run a design team, certify a venue's operations or introduce software buyers. Knowing the experience already on the board and the contribution it is seeking will help us decide whether a more detailed discussion would be worthwhile.
