Chief Product Officer Singapore / Southeast Asia

How to reach me, and what I cannot discuss

Software for a small shop has to survive a weak signal, follow its country's tax rules and admit what it does not know.

I read three kinds of message with particular care. Nominating committee chairs and search partners considering me for a board should name the company, the committees involved, the meeting calendar and any connection it has with Rimbunara, our partner lenders or our investors, so that I can rule out a conflict before we speak. Product leaders working on small-business software, payments or machine-learning features in other markets are welcome to compare notes, provided we both keep our companies' confidential plans out of the conversation. Organisers of product, fintech and small-business events may invite me to speak, with a sense of who will be in the room.

I cannot comment on Rimbunara's unpublished financial results, its fundraising, pricing changes before they are announced, or any matter involving a customer or a partner. I am not considering executive roles, and I do not review vendors' products through this page. The address shown here reaches me directly, and I answer within ten days.
