Three kinds of message reach me usefully. A chair or nomination committee of a listed company outside banking, considering an outside director with technology and operational-risk experience, should say which committee they have in mind and whether the company has any banking relationship with Shiomine. Technology and risk leaders at other regional banks, particularly those preparing to join or leave a shared core system, are welcome to compare rehearsal criteria, restore testing or cloud exit plans with me; I reply in Japanese or English. Organisers of closed sessions for bank directors or supervisors on migration and recovery can write with the audience and format. I do not meet technology vendors about Shiomine's purchasing; those approaches go to our Systems Planning Department through the normal procurement route. I cannot comment on Shiomine's incidents beyond what we have published, and customers with a question about their account or the closed payment app should contact their branch or our customer centre.
