Write to me with a specific question and its context

Three kinds of message are useful to me. The first comes from a board chair or nominating committee thinking about a non-executive appointment that would begin after mid-2027. The second comes from an organiser planning a working session, rather than a panel, on credit cycles, deposit behaviour, scam prevention or the governance of family-controlled financial institutions. The third comes from the chief executive of another bank who wants to compare notes on a particular problem. In each case it helps me to know the organisation, the question, the time involved and any link to Kartadana or its shareholders. I am not open to executive search approaches, and while I remain a serving bank director I take no paid advisory work. I cannot comment on individual customers, supervisory matters or figures Kartadana has not published. A customer with a complaint, a loan request or a suspected scam will be helped fastest through the bank's service channels, which can act the same day. A first message should carry no confidential financial material.
