Start with the product question you are trying to answer

Most of the useful letters I receive start with a specific product question, so I would ask the same of you. I am glad to hear from a nominating committee chair weighing a director with product-safety and connected-product experience, from the organiser of a session on repairability, refrigerant transition or household data, and from product leaders at manufacturers outside heating and cooling who are working through the same problems. From 2027 I will also consider a confidential approach about a division presidency or chief executive role. Please name the company, the question and any link it has with Ambersley, its suppliers or its distributors. I cannot discuss our unreleased products, pricing or warranty data, and I do not arrange equipment, dealer appointments or service. A homeowner who needs a repair or has a safety concern should contact our consumer line or any licensed contractor, which will be faster than writing to me.
