Which number is carrying more meaning than it should

If a board discussion is being driven by a measure whose meaning is contested, I would welcome a short description of the decision and why the number matters. It may concern inventory, customer allocation or a performance comparison that different functions read differently. Please explain the service model, ownership and proposed board responsibilities, including the expected calendar. A first exchange can use an anonymised outline; operational datasets and customer-level records are unnecessary at that stage. I would consider the opportunity alongside my Relzavi employment and existing Nerzhel seat, checking relationships and the combined time requirement before a detailed discussion. My interest is in helping directors assess the evidence and responsibility behind a decision. It is not an offer to validate a clinical process or manage an analytics programme.
