I lead bioenergy-feedstock data by preserving what a weight includes, how a material lot was formed and which basis makes a laboratory percentage comparable.

In 2018 I approved a supply dashboard that described 420 tonnes as received residue. The reviewed forty weighbridge records contained gross loaded-vehicle weights totalling 420 tonnes and corresponding tare weights totalling 120 tonnes. Net material was 300 tonnes. The source values had transferred correctly, but I had approved a label that turned vehicle-plus-material weight into material alone. I withdrew the view from procurement planning and rebuilt the data definition with operating and quality colleagues. The correction changed the reported quantity; it did not create a physical loss of 120 tonnes.
I now lead data at Daqzerli Bioenergy Inputs in Raipur. Three heads coordinate thirty-four employees within ₹5.9 crore annual operating expense, alongside a separate ₹1.4 crore evidence programme. The company aggregates and handles agricultural residues for industrial bioenergy users, with 380 employees and ₹214 crore revenue in the year ending March 2026. I report to CEO Hemant Qelvzathi and work with quality head Tara Vaqzelri. My function preserves the account of material and measurements; it does not decide a laboratory method, procurement price, safe handling practice or a customer’s equipment setting.
Later work followed the material through split and merged lots, where a convenient one-parent record could conceal a more complicated chain. Another review separated moisture percentages expressed on wet and dry bases before anyone compared them. Those cases taught me that complete fields and successful transfers are weak evidence when the physical meaning has changed. I would consider a data mandate where stewardship can stop a misleading aggregate before it becomes an operating assumption. A first outside-board contribution would need governance preparation, relationship assessment and a realistic calendar; twenty-three annual days is an initial proposal. I could help colleagues ask what a displayed quantity represents and which unresolved qualification should change the decision. That contribution begins with the error I had approved, rather than a claim that a data title makes the interpretation automatically correct.
Gross and tare retained beside net material
The corrected account distinguished 420 tonnes of loaded vehicles from 300 tonnes of received residue.
Lots followed through splits and merges
A single convenient parent field did not replace the material’s actual lineage.
Moisture percentages carried their basis
Wet-basis and dry-basis results were not compared as if their denominators were identical.
Professional ownership stayed visible
Data stewardship did not confer authority over laboratory, material-acceptance or customer operating decisions.
Current focus
Material-weight definitions, lot lineage and comparable laboratory evidence.
