Which assumption has the workflow made too easy to repeat?

I build enterprise systems that preserve the decisions behind a calendar, a client workspace and an archive, rather than allow an empty field or convenient default to decide for the business.

An opening discussion would be useful if it identifies the system action your enterprise relies on and the business decision that authorises it. I would be interested in a resource view that appears to create availability, a workspace rule that may extend permission or an archive process using completion to settle another obligation. Please begin with the decision and its owners before sharing private client material or technical access details. A CIO approach should explain the authority to revise the rule and the professional responsibilities outside that remit. A first outside-board discussion needs the proposed contribution, interests and calendar, because further learning and specific assessment remain necessary. The first exchange should establish which assumption the system repeats and who must decide when the real commitment no longer matches it.
