A useful strategy conversation begins with the choice the organisation is facing. Please describe the business, the proposed change and the authority the role would have over planning or corporate development. I would be particularly interested in decisions where contract growth, specialist capability and operating complexity are pulling in different directions. For a board enquiry, include the contribution sought, expected time and any relevant client or supplier connections. An initial discussion would establish whether further assessment is worthwhile, without implying acceptance or transaction advice.
