Introducing a board seat in Singapore or Malaysia

In IT services, the balance sheet is mostly salaries already paid and acceptances not yet signed.

Introductions from a nominating committee chair or a search adviser acting for a board are welcome. A short note naming the company, its main markets, how it earns revenue and which committee the seat would join is enough to begin; I would then ask about the board's composition and the time a typical year demands. Please leave out confidential financial information until both sides have agreed it is worth continuing. I am group CFO of Ravendara Integrated Systems and not considering executive roles. Any external seat needs my own board's consent and a check of Ravendara's client and supplier relationships, so a first conversation is exploratory. Questions about Ravendara's contracts, tenders or lending arrangements belong with our chief executive's office, not with this site. Vendor and recruitment approaches unrelated to a board seat will not receive a reply, and I would rather say so plainly than leave them waiting.
