Describe what your change programme must continue to carry

Tell me which obligation your technology programme risks leaving behind. It may concern historical information, diagnostic data or a service period that the current plan treats too casually. A CIO conversation should explain the business owners, financial remit and evidence needed before a change is called complete. Please distinguish a delivery appointment from a proposed outside-board contribution. For the latter, I have no statutory experience and still need preparation, relationship review and a workable calendar. Introductory material should describe the mandate without patient details, policy records, credentials or protected architecture. Once the purpose and authority of the discussion are clear, we can agree an appropriate route for examining more detailed evidence. I would prefer a candid account of the unresolved obligation to a transformation slogan that assumes the answer before the work has been understood.
