The most useful first message would tell me what the board is deciding. If it is weighing a capacity investment, an export customer's demands, a disposal or a founder's succession, a short description of that question, the company's ownership and the committee you have in mind lets me judge whether I could add anything. Please do not send confidential customer or pricing material before we agree how it will be handled. I welcome a call with the chair or with a search firm acting for the company, and I can meet in Mumbai, Ahmedabad or Vapi. Any appointment would need my board's consent and a check against Saranvik's customers, suppliers and competitors, so I raise both early. Product enquiries, sample requests and supplier proposals for Saranvik belong with the company's business development team, not on this site.
