Please describe the obligations your enterprise already carries and the commitment its next leader must evaluate. A CEO conversation should explain the board’s expectations, financial and professional authority, operating scale and the ability to revise a growth proposal when its assumptions change. I would want to understand how policyholder service and specialist challenge enter the decision. For an outside appointment, please outline the contribution, calendar and commercial relationships to assess. I currently hold CEO and executive-director duties, with one statutory seat and further preparation needed for a possible independent role. Initial discussions should exclude policyholder records, medical details and confidential provider terms. Once the mandate is clear, we can agree the proper process for examining it.
